You Will Reap if you faint not

E-mail Print

(You Will Reap if you faint not.)

Do not give up!  You will reap if you do not faint.  The universal law of the harvest is, whatever you sow, you will also reap.

In the natural world, whenever a farmer sows a seed of corn, he knows that seed will grow and produce more corn, and he will eventually reap a harvest of corn.  It is impossible to plant corn and reap a wheat harvest or to plant an apple seed that will grow into a pear or lemon tree.  Whatever seed is placed into the ground,  will produce the same type of fruit or grain.

Paul told the Galatians, be not deceived God is not mocked, for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.  (Galatians 6:7

There are many Christians sowing seeds to the flesh.  They carelessly live their lives to please themselves, follow after the lust of their old, carnal nature, thinking that they will reap what they sow, or that God is over looking their actions.  This same principle is true with the gifts, offerings and tithe that you sow as seed into the work of God.  As you faithfully give liberally of the very best God has given you, you will reap an abundant harvest.  However, if you give only when you feel it is convenient, or give only a small portion of the blessings God has poured into your life, you will reap a meager harvest.  The harvest you reap will be in proportion to the seed you sow.
